Coetzee Students in the Senior Honors program must read the two required books listed above as well as one of the three remaining books. Students will be expected to discuss the required reading in class at the beginning of the year. Teachers will assess students based on their required reading. Such assessments may include quizzes/tests, essays, class participation, and other relevant assessments. In addition, students must complete the attached Annotated Bibliography Card assignment, which is based on one of the remaining summer-reading books. This assignment will be factored in to the students first-quarter English grades.
